Do you require a deposit?
Yes.
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to move forward after the in-person consultation.
How long does a typical project take?
Most projects are completed within 1–2 weeks from on-site consultation to installation.
Material availability can affect timelines in some cases.
Do you build everything custom or use prefab cabinets?
Everything is custom-built.
We do not use prefab cabinets or pre-made wall systems.
What materials do you use?
We work with solid wood, wood-based panels, TFL panels, MDF, birch plywood and wood veneer, including many materials sourced from Europe.
Material selection depends on design and budget.
Can you install a TV above a fireplace?
Yes.
This is standard for most Fireplace Center and Media Wall projects.
How is wiring handled?
All wiring is hidden inside the wall or cabinetry.
We also design access behind the TV using full-motion mounts.
Can I access devices behind the TV?
Yes.
TVs are mounted on full-motion mounts that pull forward and swing open, allowing access to hidden storage behind the screen.
Do you remove old fireplaces?
Yes.
If your project requires removal of an existing or old fireplace, we handle it.
Do you handle gas shut-off if needed?
Yes.
We coordinate gas shut-off when required for fireplace-related projects.
Do I need permits?
Most media wall projects do not require permits.
The homeowner is responsible for determining if a permit is required and for obtaining it.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes.
We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on our installations.
Do you provide fireplaces?
Yes.
We offer standard electric fireplaces that:
- Change flame colors
- Provide heat
- Include a remote control
If you prefer a specific or custom fireplace model, you can purchase it yourself.
In that case, we apply a discount to the project price.
Do you work outside Sacramento?
Yes.
We serve Sacramento and surrounding areas, as well as select projects in the Bay Area.
Can I purchase acoustic panels only?
Yes.
You can order panels with delivery for self-installation or with professional installation in Sacramento and Bay Area.
